Totally recommend for a temporary stay

Clean room, functional kitchen, complete with a microwave and cookware, made our stay comfortable and convenient, while the saltwater pool provided a refreshing way to relax after exploring the nearby attractions just 5 km away.

Comfortable unit with great daily service.

During our stay, I found the bathroom ventilation lacking, as steam would linger unless we opened the window. the room temperature was quite warm. while there was an air conditioning unit, it struggled to keep up. The proximity to the airport was known, but the early morning noise from planes taking off was quite disruptive.

i had a great time during my city break at arcadia motel. the room was spotless and super comfy, with a great hot water supply. it truly exceeded my expectations compared to my previous stay in nelson.

Just a nice choice for getting around area in Nelson with good price-quality ratio. The location is convenient, especially for quick trips. Bring some earplugs if you’re sensitive to noise.

The two-bedroom apartment was super comfy for our group. Plenty of room for everyone, and having a functional kitchen was great for cooking meals together. The beds were large and cozy! It was handy to be close to local eats and the bus route too. Just a bit of noise from planes flying overhead at times, but not too bothersome.

Loved the cozy room with tons of natural light! The hosts were super friendly and gave some great tips for local eats. Oh, and having a picnic area to chill was a nice touch. Just wish the laundry room had more machines, though. a solid spot to relax after exploring!

We enjoyed our stay in the two-bedroom apartment. The heated pool was a hit with our kid, and we loved the close proximity to the beach. Plus, the friendly hosts made us feel right at home during our visit to Nelson.

Family with children worth the stay

We stayed 4 nights and the owners were super helpful with local tips and made sure we had everything for our meals. The full kitchen was nice, very functional, and having a reliable hot shower after a long day was truly refreshing.

It wasn't inexpensive but it was worth the price for the service we received.
